Fangi Medicine

Two charms, or amulets, made out of string and displayed in a wooden box. The 19th century original label for these items reads This dread of fangi medicine has great hold even over some Christians. A good Christian servant, who was rather unwell, has been known to go 100 miles, because he was convinced that someone was working fangi against him. The real fangi (made from dead peoples bodies) is a powerful poison.. .
