Brass Paramount Chief Crown

This is an unusual brass crown, thought to have been worn by paramount chief Masa, Kama Kafei Chiefdom, Kamadugu, Tonkolili District, in the early 19th century. It resembles other paramount chiefs crowns more commonly made out of tooled leather.
