Divintation Switch
This is labelled in the British Museum catalogue as a divination switch. It consists of a bundle of cane sticks, bound with cotton and cowrie shells at one end. Similar items have been associated with the Arieogbo, or Ayogbo, society, used for making accusations of witchcraft.
