Cylindrical Drum

This is an unusual cylindrical drum, on a wooden tripod base with a carved geometric pattern. The skin membrane is stretched over and secured with natural fibre ties. A similar drum appears in one of the Alldridge photographs, where is it described as the town drum of Fabala, which lies in the north.
