Powder Horn
A powder horn, likely for storing gun powder. Either end is wrapped in bands of tooled leather. It is attached to a plaited strap, with tassels. This type of decoration is commonly known as Mandingo. Mandingo, here, refers to a type of craftsmanship associated with Muslim elites.
