Male Figure with Rattle
This unusual carving depicts a male figure, standing on a pedestal. He is wearing a European top-hat, which became a symbol of prestige in the late 19th century, and a pair of boots. The pedestal has a rattle carved into it, with a circular ball, and the whole carving stands upright on a circular base.
