Wooden Rattle Staff
A wooden staff, probably carried by a man of high rank. The top of the staff is adorned with a small boat, or receptacle, followed by a rattle carved within the shaft, containing a ball. The Glasgow Museum catalogue notes the staff comes from mountain areas and is Kuranko, or Koranko, with Toma influence.
