Medal

This is a bronze medal, commemorating Pope John XXIII, head of the Catholic Church between 1958 and 1963. One side of medal has an Image of Pope John's bust, and the inscription: Joannes XXIII Pont Max MCMLXI. The other has an Image of a city, with the inscription A.D. Sept. Kal. Dec. MDCCCLXXXI. POST * CHR.N.
