Staff of Office

This is a staff of office, previously owned by Paramount Chief Bai Kurr Kanasaky III of Kholifa Mabang Chiefdom, Tonkolili District. Is it decorated with intricate woven leather work, and has a band of fur around the middle. The Sierra Leone National Museum catalogue records that the name of the staff of office is Ka bon Konla .
