Brass Plate

A large brass plate, with central inscribed Image depicting palm trees, a mosque, and a horseman, along with some text, reading: OAU Summit 1982 . This is likely to refer to the Organisation of African Unity summit in Western Sahara in February 1982. Siaka Stevens was the Secretary General of the Union during the preceding year, 1981.
