Potsherd

This is a piece of Chinese porcelain associated with a ship wreck uncovered off of coast of Banana Island in 1974. The ship is thought to have been used by the 17th century Dutch East India Company. The porcelain was sent to the British Museum in the 1970s and identified as Ming Dynasty China from 1533 to 1619.
